GeForce NOW and Chromebook Introduce Exclusive “Fast Pass” for New Users 2025

NVIDIA and Google have officially partnered to launch GeForce NOW Fast Pass

an exclusive new cloud-gaming tier designed specifically for Chromebook users. The announcement arrives as part of Google’s late-2025 Chromebook update, giving buyers a major added perk heading into the holiday season.

Beginning November 20, 2025, anyone who purchases a new eligible Chromebook will receive one full year of GeForce NOW Fast Pass at no additional cost. The new plan sits between NVIDIA’s free and premium tiers, offering several upgrades without the higher price of its Ultimate plan.

Fast Pass includes ad-free gameplay, priority access to cloud servers, and up to 10 hours of cloud-streaming per month, with the ability to roll over up to 5 unused hours. Users gain access to more than 2,000 PC games through their existing libraries on Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, and Ubisoft Connect.

Designed to boost the gaming appeal of Chromebooks, the program effectively turns even low-powered models into capable gaming machines—so long as users have a stable internet connection.

Google says the offer aims to make cloud gaming more accessible, while NVIDIA sees it as an opportunity to bring new users into the GeForce NOW ecosystem.

Eligible Chromebooks will feature a “Fast Pass Included” badge, and users can redeem the offer through the Chromebook Perks page after setup.

The move marks one of the most significant steps in making Chromebooks more gaming-friendly, giving new buyers strong incentives to choose Google’s lightweight devices.
